Exchange process


1、Exchange


(1), within 7 days after you receive the goods, if you find that the goods have quality problems, or dirty, mutilated, broken, damaged, etc., and ask for an exchange, please contact with the customer service of the company by phone, Email or fax, and inform us of the order number of the exchange, the name of the product, and the reason for the exchange of the goods and other information.


(2), your exchange of goods will be delivered within a week!



2、Return


(1), Returns: Within 7 days after you receive the goods (subject to local postmark), if you find that the goods received are damaged and dirty or quality problems, request a return, we will be free of charge at your request for you to handle.


(2), for the return of goods before, please contact with the molds company customer service by phone, E-mail or fax, inform the return order number, product name, return reasons and other information.


(3) Please mail the returned goods to Moss. If the purchased goods have gifts or invoices, please send back the gifts and invoices together.


(4), in the mold company received your returned goods, and in the case of goods did not occur in the case of human damage, within a week for you to return matters. After consulting with you and with your consent, the payment will be left in your virtual account with Moss or returned to your bank card (or to the address you requested for the refund). If any part of the purchase price was paid in coins (or coupons or vouchers), this part of the purchase price will be re-deposited into your virtual account at Moss for your next purchase.



Please note that when returning or exchanging some small items, please do not enclose them in your mail, so that they will not be lost and cause unnecessary losses for the user.
